Our Guarantee:
All products ordered from us are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a full refund or credit. In the event of an issue, please contact our customer service department immediately.
Returns / Refund Policy:
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number.
Maple Hill Golf offers a 30-day return or exchange on most products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product to us for a full refund OR a gift card to maplehillgc.com for 110% of the purchase price if the item is: New and Unused, In its Original Packaging and Accompanied by the Original Purchase Receipt. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Store Credit will be issued for returns after 30 days if the product is in new/unused condition and is accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt. Gift cards may not be returned. Please contact us for a return authorization claim number.
In most cases, the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The exception would be if it were an error on Maple Hill Golf's part that resulted in the return being necessary (i.e., we somehow sent the wrong item or the item was misrepresented on our website) in which case we would take care of everything. (Our goal is to see you 100% Happy.)
If your original order had qualified for and received free shipping as a result of meeting a certain price threshold and if a refund would bring your order total to below that free shipping threshold, the customary shipping charge will need to be deducted from your refund amount.
If the product arrives unharmed and you later determine that you want to return the product for a refund, you will be subject to the original, actual shipping charges required to ship the product to your location and any shipping charges required to return the product. Actual shipping charges are incurred by our company even if you received “free shipping” on the product. A restocking fee maybe required for certain products. All products must be returned in the factory package within 30 days of your purchase date. Returns of Special Order merchandise are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Payment by Credit Card:
Your credit card is automatically charged once your order is submitted. All in-stock orders are shipped within 1 business day. In the event that you order an out-of-stock item you will be contacted by a customer service representative.

Shipping Information:
Maple Hill Golf ships to destinations all over the world! Please contact us info@maplehillgc.com for shipping rates if you reside outside of the United States. We use UPS or USPS for all shipments. Shipping charges are calculated on a per- product basis directly from our carrier discounted rates. All International orders are shipped via USPS. Customers are responsible for any incurring customs taxes, duties, and/or fees. If the carrier applies address correction charges to your delivery as a result of you furnishing erroneous information, these charges will be billed to your credit card.
The following is a map of guaranteed UPS delivery times for deliveries from our Michigan Distribution Centers. Custom items and those marked as "Shipped From Manufacturer" ship directly from the manufacturer. All other items ship from our Grandville, Michigan Distribution Center. Taxes:
As required by Michigan law, we apply State sales taxes (currently 6%) to all purchases shipped within Michigan. We are also required to collect applicable State sales taxes in the following states; Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.
